CIRQUE

Cirque is a delicious, fragrant and colorful collection of songs ranging from the sublime, Hearts & Flowers, to the ridiculous, Bill Tell. The CD also includes a mainstream rocker, All the World to Me. The title “Cirque” is inspired by living in Las Vegas – the guitarist & lead singer (& married couple) Matt & Traysee Mitchell, moved to Las Vegas shortly after the record was recorded – where “Cirque” themed shows are a big part of the landscape. The circus theme is woven throughout the music; you can hear it in the introductory instrumental Circus Theme and the schizophrenic Chocolate.

Lift Off

Traysee combines pop, rock and musical theatre influences on her five-song EP, "Lift Off". The album was submitted for Jewel's Soul City Café Music Quest, (first prize - tour with Jewel) and she was selected as a Regional Semi-Finalist. The album has received a 2002-2003 ASCAP Plus Award and Traysee has appeared twice on KJLA-TV in Los Angeles performing cuts from the album. She also shared the stage with the Australian light rock band "Air Supply" at the Valley Cultural Center's "Concerts in the Park" series this summer in Woodland Hills, California. 

Wildflower

Traysee's sound is bold, inventive and fresh; an auditory bouquet of folk, rock and pop influences. The songs inspire without Christianese.

the Best Ride Ever

The single "the Best Ride Ever" was written specifically for the "Surf Sharks"collection of books. It is the story of 3 boys (Rip, Ozzy & Wade) who are getting ready for the big surf contest. During their adventures they meet up with, and be-friend 3 sharks (Mavrik, Talon & Hemi). Together they ride to triumph and become great friends on the way!

Rockin Ringtones

Powerful arragements with intricate harmonies! Rockin' Ringtones features guitarist Matt Mitchell performing his own arrangements of some of the most well known pieces of music ever. The CD starts with such classics as Beethoven's 5th & the Star Spangled Banner, moving into holiday tunes like Auld Lang Syne & Deck the Halls, and ends with 5 original pieces that explore some very different musical styles.

Congrats to HighRise singer Traysee who received an Honorable Mention award in the 2014 Song of The Year Competition for her song, "Keep Shining"! The song was produced by husband/guitarist Matt Mitchell. The contest was judged by Gwen Stefani, Phil Collins, Steven Tyler, Alicia Keys, Don Henley & Lenny Kravitz, so this is a big deal! Yay!!!! Our primary focus is to find great songwriters while helping them network with professionals in the music industry.
